The staff was very knowledgeable and also very friendly. They were 100percent transparent with the repairs my vehicle needed. They also had a loaner car we got to use for free while ours was being repaired they are my new go to shop for repairs. 100% satisfied customer here. Jm auto you rock!!!!!
J&M Auto has outstanding mechanics and customer service. My car was towed there on December 22nd. Although I didn't like the outcome of needing a new motor, they were extremely helpful & honest, offering me a loaner car. Justin's customer service was extremely helpful. He kept me updated on the status of my car every day. He worked with the owner, Kevin, about giving me a loner car to use longer than anticipated.
