I had to make an emergency stop here as my car’s dash was showing tire pressure issues. The team was kind enough to see to my car straight away, quickly and easily diagnose / solve the issue, and calmly helped me out as I was a bit flustered. Not knowing anything about cars, I was really relieved at a quick & simple solve being provided, and despite taking 15 mins or so to assist me, the team insisted on not charging for it, despite my best efforts to pay some cash for their time!
