Jose took amazing care of my home. I had hit a tree branch creating a divot in the overhead cab of my motorhome. I wish I could say that you can't even tell where the damage was but Jose repaired it so that it looks better than better than before the damage.
J & M Auto Body and Repair in Shoshone collaborated with the Lincoln County Farmers Market and sponsored first prize for our 2024 car show. They were great to work with and very generous.
Jose always takes good care of us. He and his team do a quality job everytime and are honest and fair. They will continue to get our work.
Finally getting quotes after these guys essentially totaled my audi. I paid for a heating core replacement, got the car back with a broken console, broken windshield, broken guages, stereo wont turn on and the car over heats within 5 minutes… probably more issues that i dont know if because i cant even let it idle. I gave them a lot of time to take accountability. Jason told me to just sue Jose… i wish they would man up and do the job correctly but here i an getting quotes in twin
I'm writing this review to warn others about my disastrous experience with J&M. In January, I entrusted them with my Audi for a relatively straightforward repair: a heating core replacement and paint job. Despite assuring me they were busy, I witnessed the shop being idle.
