We had a horrible experience with JM and Associates! We bought a Lochinvar water boiler from them which turned out to be condemned. They didn't disclose this. When we contacted Lochinvar about finding a plumber/HVAC company to install it, the company told us that the boiler had been in a fire & was condemned. They told us that it would be dangerous to run it and that the computer components wiring and electrical had gotten wet & were damaged.
