We had the absolute pleasure of purchasing a home from them. They were by far the most attention to detail builders, but have continued to go above and beyond to make sure everything was ready and perfect before our move . Mike and his team are true professionals. They have great communication from contract signing through closing. Their homes are a great value and high quality at a great price. Their attention to detail on the interior and exterior of the home goes above expectations. We would definitely recommend Mike and his team.
Never met with us in person (was supposed to be at our selections meeting), always had to go through Cathleen Barela at Keller Williams Reality to get any information form them, couldn't answer simple questions that anyone hiring a builder would/should ask, and stole the land we wanted from us. If your doing a land home package, buy the land first. This guy will steal it from you if he likes what you bring him by deciding he's not the right builder for you.
