Luke and Richard came to my home after I had spent over a year trying to get the air ducts and vents properly cleaned. He had a great attitude, explained the ductwork and vent cleaning clearly, and provided outstanding service from start to finish. I highly recommend this air duct cleaning company because of Caleb and the quality of the work.
Luke quickly found that the dryer vent did not need a full cleaning. The real issue was the screen, since the flap was already in place and the screen was causing the blockage. He removed it, restored proper airflow, and only charged for the needed service instead of the full price. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very honest. I really appreciate a company that puts the customer first and gives straightforward advice instead of upselling unnecessary air duct or dryer vent work. I would definitely recommend them.
Wesley and his team did an excellent job cleaning our air ducts and dryer vent. Our home had just gone through renovation work, including tile installation and popcorn ceiling removal, so there was a lot of dust in the HVAC system.
