I called Jorge to help us with a problem with our condo kitchen sink and he sent over Henok to help us out. Henok arrived promptly and was very professional and knowledgeable. He patiently explained what he did and answered our questions. Henok was able to fix the problem with our sink in a short amount of time and triple checked everything at the end to ensure that we were satisfied with his work.
