**UPDATE: 12/2022: my mother did take the company/ Jesse to court. He did not show - shocker. The presiding judge told her that this was the FOURTH case against this man/company, and that he hadn’t shown for any of the hearings. So now my mother has the play the ‘extended-court- cases slash find the-man-who-won’t-show ‘game. What an absolute piece of trash person.
