I am an interior designer and very particular about construction quality. We used JLV for our personal new build home and I also work with them through work. We are always happy with the service they deliver. If something isn't right, they fix it and they do very good work.
JLV did a terrific job of remodeling our condo. Trey and Mario kept us abreast with construction throughout the project with emails and photos. They also arranged weekly meetings during the entire construction. The communication could not have been better.
JLV completely gutted and renovated my home after a fire. It is not the same house. The market value has probably doubled, and it is absolutely gorgeous. They handled everything with my insurance. I got to quarantine during Covid and pick out light fixtures and paint colors. The transformation is astounding. Outstanding Work – Highly Recommended! We recently hired JLV Contruction to redo both our front and back porches, build custom shelves, replace several doors and light fixtures, and paint both the interior and exterior of our home—and we couldn’t be happier with the results!
