Jessica is a true professional in every sense of the word. I have been dealing with lower back pain from a car accident from 1999. I have visited many different pain management clinics, chiropractors and physical therapists. Although many of them tried their best, those therapies did not do much to alleviate the pain. My experience with Jessica Viola and her accupuncture treatment has been nothing but positive. I'm almost 75 and am still very active. Sometimes I overdo it a bit and my hips or back start barking. Jessica's treatment always hits the right spots. I'd recommend her highly.
Jessica Viola began treating me in 2025. My addition was tinnitus. After a number of treatments, say seven or eight, I begin to notice the tinnitus to diminish. And by May 2026, my ear ringing had almost completely stopped. This was a huge relief. In the interim I received my inoculations for flu in October 2025 and I became very itchy from the flu and the Covid vaccines. This was also treated in Jessica Viola’s office.
