The nails could have been worse, but they could have been SO MUCH better. My roommate came home distraught, the reference photo was nowhere near what the nails came out to be, and she felt rushed through the appointment AND showed up early. They came out chunky, inconsistent shaped, and the thickness of each nail isn't correlating to the price that she paid. For the amount that the nails were, they just were not that cute and great of quality. Wished it could be better for her.
The owner Hannah is very unwelcoming to African American clients. She needs to get a course on how to run an establishment professionally. I see there is a previous review with another women of color having a bad encounter seems like a pattern huh, be warned if you voice your opinion she will become very hostile only if you’re Black of course. The work itself is actually decent and prices are reasonable, I just wished customer satisfaction was also apart of her service as well.
Kasia is amazing. She has done a great job with my nails. Very patient with my daughter. Such an amazing place to go. Definitely recommend.
Always a great experience, friendly nail techs & they do an amazing job. I'm always getting compliments on my nails.
