Saw how the owner handled an issue with a long term client and was 100% turned off from ever booking there. Humanity and empathy should always outweigh “policies” and “$30.” Charging somebody a $30 no-show fee… Because they had to miss an appointment a day after they totaled their car is absolutely insane… especially when it’s a client that they’ve had for years… Find a nail tech that cares more about her clients and loyalty over $30!

I literally only have gone here twice… Both times I would not have any complaints at all. Since my last visit which was Approximately a month ago now, I’ve reached out numerous (3 times to be exact) times to see if I could get a fill. Each time I was met with no response and at first, I thought maybe they were on vacation or something. Then I realized I was being ignored for whatever reason. The nails could have been worse, but they could have been SO MUCH better. My roommate came home distraught, the reference photo was nowhere near what the nails came out to be, and she felt rushed through the appointment AND showed up early. They came out chunky, inconsistent shaped, and the thickness of each nail isn't correlating to the price that she paid. For the amount that the nails were, they just were not that cute and great of quality. Wished it could be better for her.
