I tried reaching out to this company twice for a quote for decor for a large event. Both times she answered the phone sounding like she just rolled out of bed and miserable - incredibly unprofessional. It was as if I was inconveniencing her to call. Both times she told me she would look at my email and send me back a quote - and never did either time. If you are not interested or cannot provide what's needed just say that, don't act like you're going to get back to someone and then not.
