It's been six months since I patiently raised concerns with Jay regarding their published reports, which have been rejected by at least six plumbers. The main feedback has been that the reports are substandard. Despite multiple reminders, there has been no constructive response. Proceed with caution when working with this people.
Our hot water system broke during the holidays and JLT plumbing didn’t hesitate to help us out. They go above and beyond, even lending us one of their units just so we could have hot water. They are very efficient and professional. Will definitely be using them in the future. 🙏🏻
Great plumber that we used for a new shower. Best communication for a trade I’ve ever had. They even send automatic updates on when they are heading to your house and even came back to fix a small issue promptly.
Exceptional communication. Honest prompt and reliable. The text messages saying when they would arrive is a great feature. Our hot water system died and they made sure we had a new one within 1 day. I highly recommend these guys and will definitely use them again.
