I unfortunately have to give a 3 star rating to this company due to the poor communication regarding the DBH regulations on a tree removal in Guelph and whose responsibility it was to check this. The worker appeared agitated and asked me “if I had measured the diameter “ I said no and had not been told by anyone I needed to. They measured it and said we were lucky??? We use JL Tree annually and they do a terrific job. They're professional in all aspects of tree work and they show up as scheduled and get the job done. They always surpass our expectations.

My tree removal was quick and very well organized. All JL's employees where polite and respectful. The only thing I was disappointed in was my own choose not to pay to have the stump grounds taken away.

Professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. JL’s Tree Service removed dead trees, pruned my beechnuts, and left everything clean. They even helped me understand my tree’s health—highly recommend!

JL's were great to work with when our backyard tree needed removal: friendly, professional, quick and tidy. They were responsive to all the questions we had prior to the tree removal, they were on time, and completely cleaned up behind themselves. I would definitely recommend their services.
