JLS Trading has the best hiring process I have ever experienced. The recruiting team is very kind and offers great feedback. They respect applicants and treat them with humanity. They truly practice what they preach. The application and interview process is definitely worth it. I didn't get the job but I will try my luck next time :)

JLS is a genuine company and people working there are very nice and supportive. They are honest and transparent with you in all their dealings. I applied for a job, though I did not got it but they fairly compensated me for my time. In my experience, no other company compensate the candidates for assessments. It clearly shows that they respect the time of the candidates. I really appreciate it.
