I expected a great and respectful interview process from reviews and it 100% was what I got. I had worked for the company for about 3 years before I left to work for my family business. Overall this company is a good company to work for. You can't find a better work-life balance. They do have issues that they need to work on just like any other company. I did notice that some favoritism does happen it's just not upfront, but if you're a very observant person you will notice it. This is the same for any company.
