Do not go here will be lied to and won't get your car back for months. They will say its good but than wont respond for months back when you say its not fixed. They charge you for work that wasn't done. They save old fluids to make it look like yours are bad so they can charge you for new transmission. Trust me go somewhere else reputable .They said they sent car to another place to have tuned and alignment. Was lied to was never aligned or tuned! Our son was stranded on I-55 mile marker 120 late August 8th. JLR came all the way from Springfield to tow the vehicle and take him to a nearby hotel where he found the last available room due to the State fair. The next week JLR quoted a rebuilt transmission for $2,400. They later found a transmission torque converter for $500.00 and only had to replace this part. With labor and new fluid the total repair only cost 💲1,816.00 or $600.00 less! For a 20 year old car in great shape this was spectacular. Thank you so much JLR! ... read more

By far the WORST mechanic & business I have literally encountered!! Had my vehicle for 2 months still no diagnosis, owner and lady at front were extremely rude and aggressive luckily I had self control and had the police come where they agreed with me.! doesnt return calls, doesn’t communicate. Wish I checked other reviews first don’t be me!! They also didn’t want to tell me who they outsourced my car to, didn’t tell me the mechanic/owner was color blind and trying to trace wire which is why it was outsourced.! Ended up doin... read more
