We have been tenants of JLP for the past 5 years and we have always found Lyall to be the most professional real estate agent we have had in a long time. Lyall has always been easily reachable, accommodating in any way he can, he goes above & beyond for his tenants and very helpful in any way he can regarding any issues with the properties, not that there have been any issues as the properties he looks after are of good quality. We have been tenants with JLP Real Estate for the last 5 years and have to say that we have never been with a real estate as good as JLP. We love the honest, down to earth, can do attitude of the staff and have had exceptional service at all times. Lyall is an absolute fair dinkum good bloke who goes above and beyond to help when he can. We have been really happy with our tenancy through JLP that the thought of moving and going through another real estate is just something that isn't the least bit appealing.
We cannot speak highly enough of the professional and courteous way we are cared for and treated by JLP Real Estate! Any concerns or repairs have been dealt with little or no delay and in a positive and respectful manner! The staff are welcoming and will go above and beyond for both tenants and owners providing a happy medium for both! Thanks!
