We had a good experience with JLP Builder's staffs and with project manager, David Silco.
We were very happy with JLP Custom Homes. We purchased an inventory home at frame stage, and were pleased with the construction quality as well as the builder assigned to our home. The sales, design and closing staffs were extremely helpful and professional.
We have been working with JLP since early 2024 for a custom build at Belle Oaks in Bulverde. My family and I live California, but with JLP, it's like we are there. We first met Josh Adkins and then Jimmie Pogue and we couldn't be happier. They have walked us through the process the entire step of the way. We have had some delays on our end, but that doesn't keep Jimmie and Josh from keeping in touch and sending us regular updates.
