We recently built our dream home with JLP and the final result truly exceeded our expectations. As a builder they truly check all the boxes with their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and ability to bring our visions to life. Mac, our project manager was amazing and ran the cleanest, most organized job site we’ve ever seen. They installed a one phase HVAC when it should have been a two phase from the beginning. We are coming out of pocket 35,000. Make sure you do a third-party inspection before you close on all major systems
From finding a lot, to building our home, everyone was helpful, friendly, dependable and detailed. We had a very good home building experience.
We have been so impressed with the entire JLP team. They are organized, professional, and have made the entire building process easy on our end. Would absolutely recommend them for your custom build.
