JLP builds one of the best homes I have seen so far in the Austin/San Antonio area. The detail and craftsmanship made us fall in love with our home. I can't say enough good things about the project manager, David. He really prides himself on building a sturdy house and making sure the customer is happy. Everyone we met at JLP was amazing. We recently built our dream home with JLP and the final result truly exceeded our expectations. As a builder they truly check all the boxes with their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and ability to bring our visions to life. They installed a one phase HVAC when it should have been a two phase from the beginning. We are coming out of pocket 35,000. Make sure you do a third-party inspection before you close on all major systems
From finding a lot, to building our home, everyone was helpful, friendly, dependable and detailed. We had a very good home building experience.
