Jack has done a fantastic job on fitting our new Bathroom, he was more than happy to discuss our options and gave us some great advice about the Bathroom layout and on which products we should consider buying. Would be more than happy to recommend Jack to anyone who needs a new Bathroom fitting, can't thank him enough for the finished result.
Came over to see what the issue was with our bathroom. Tried chemicals but didn't work so Jack said he would need to come back a different day. Never sent a quote over, as he said he would. He hasn't replied to my messages. Just disappeared. Would have appreciated some communication as a minimum instead of wasting our time. Very disappointing.
Jack and Tom did an amazing job on our attic en suite, finished to a really high quality in a very awkward and small space. The service and communication was excellent from the word go, and they were able to work flexibly around our delivery times/delays. I’d highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again.
