Jack was really helpful in all stages of getting our bathroom re-done. From helping plan best options with advice on products types, to completing the work. We had a couple of issues along the way (our fault / supplies fault, not his) which he was able to work with and adapt to no problem. The finished bathroom looks amazing and so much better than before. Definitely recommend.

Jack has done a fantastic job on fitting our new Bathroom, he was more than happy to discuss our options and gave us some great advice about the Bathroom layout and on which products we should consider buying. Came over to see what the issue was with our bathroom. Tried chemicals but didn't work so Jack said he would need to come back a different day. Never sent a quote over, as he said he would. He hasn't replied to my messages. Just disappeared. Would have appreciated some communication as a minimum instead of wasting our time. Very disappointing.
