John is absolutely the best. Customer service like no other hands down. I called very last minute on a Sunday afternoon of a holiday weekend and he was there within the hour. Between his customer service and more than fair cost I will be calling him for all my heating and cooling needs. Thanks again!

I called them yesterday at around 3pm and they made it to my house within 2 hours. Andrew was amazing and very informative. I wasnt home to meet with him so i had my son there but Andrew called me each time he was doing anything and kept me in the loop about service and pricing. He did an amazing job and would highly recommend them for your ac needs.
I had Andrew come out and resolved my AC issue and only had to pay the cost for him coming out. He was professional, friendly, and very informative. I was very impressed with how quick they came out as other businesses wanted me to wait a day or two prior to coming out forgetting we are dealing with 90+ degrees temperature.
JLM provided us top notch service for our ac replacement. They explained everything from the paperwork through the installation process. Thorough, efficient, on time and overall dependable and very accountable throughout the process ! I would highly recommend JLM to anyone who needs heating or cooling services!!
