Big shoutout to Jozo at JLM Heating and Cooling! Our AC went out on one of the hottest days. It stopped working at 9 pm and he came out right away for emergency service as we were leaving town the next morning. Of course my son's thermostat self destructs while he and my daughter in law are camping off the grid and I am watching their cats. Knowing nobody in community, I googled for someone local with good reviews. I called JLM this morning (Saturday) around 11 and Jasno was there that afternoon exactly when he promised, solved the problem and even explained it in a way a mechanically challenged biologist could understand. Super service, great price!
John is absolutely the best. Customer service like no other hands down. I called very last minute on a Sunday afternoon of a holiday weekend and he was there within the hour. Between his customer service and more than fair cost I will be calling him for all my heating and cooling needs. Thanks again!
