It looks like when JLM filed bankruptcy / restructuring they stopped monitoring the Measurz system so when the time changed my system did not shift with the time as they were supposed to. I have a large home so the reason why I purchased the storage was to shift power during the PG&E peek hours in the evening to reduce my true up.
