had 9 JLM Phazers installed on my home over a year ago. It looks like when JLM filed bankruptcy / restructuring they stopped monitoring the Measurz system so when the time changed my system did not shift with the time as they were supposed to. I have a large home so the reason why I purchased the storage was to shift power during the PG&E peek hours in the evening to reduce my true up. Same problem as Rebecca Lewis. We installed 7 JLM Phazr batteries, and now there is no way to monitor and assess if the battery works properly or not as the account is no longer accessible via their website.
I was going to say a lot of the same things Matt Lovelady already said. Horrible company, and the employees treat you like YOU are a problem.
