Steve from JLM Carpet Cleaning did an absolutely amazing job on our carpets. He was prompt, professional, and incredibly thorough. I honestly didn’t expect the carpets to come out this clean — they look refreshed and almost new again. You can tell he takes pride in his work and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is done right. We’ll definitely be using JLM again for future cleanings. Highly recommend Steve and his team!

I can’t say enough about the friendly, professional service I have come to expect from JLM. Steve drove through the snow to keep my appointment and worked tirelessly for hours to get my old carpets looking like new for the holidays. He removed stains I thought were permanent! Absolutely blown by the service from JLM carpet. Quick response to texts. We were able to have requested service done within 1 day of moving into new home. We had bedrooms and stairs cleaned and they exceeded our expectations. All areas serviced look and smell great. Stains that I didn’t think would come clean, are completely gone. I am not one to do surveys and reviews but in this instance I feel it’s really important to do so. Wow, wow wow!!!! Steve was amazing to work with- responsive, honest, hard working. I have had my carpets cleaned by Stanley Steemer a few times and JLM blows them out of the water!!!!. Our carpets have NEVER looked so clean. Not a spot anywhere. They look brand new. Steve and his crew were an absolute pleasure to work with. They arrived within their time slot they promised, did a thorough walkthrough with me, asked lots of questions like what areas to concentrate on and my concerns, and did an absolute five star job on my carpets and upholstery! While my carpets didn’t offer much in the way of stains, I did have areas where the carpet was beaten down from walking.
