We have used JLM Builders twice for outside deck work over the past three years. We are beyond impressed with our new screened porch addition. It is exactly what we envisioned and we can’t wait to spend lazy days lounging in the space. Working with Jeremy and his fabulous crew was the best experience and we cannot thank them enough. The completed job reflects their talent, strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship. The weather was not ideal, but the crew worked tirelessly. We highly recommend JLM Builders if you are considering a deck or screened porch addition.

My family just arrived to a our new front deck. We are all thrilled with the finished project. Jeremy was reliable and punctual from the start. From initial consult and estimate, he had great vision and ideas, a wonderful crew with Domingo in charge when Jeremy was offsite. It was a seamless operation and I did not need to be present to insure the project stayed on track and no corners were cut! Jeremy built a trustworthy team, prices are fair, crew is professional, efficient and clean. Go with JLM! Highly recommend Jeremy.

I'm very pleased!!! I have 2 friends who used JLM and I was very impressed with their projects. I contacted Jeremy and we designed the structure I was looking for. I had to wait a few months before his schedule opened up, but when it was "my turn" he and his crew were very thorough, professional, friendly, and did a fabulous job (including taking care of all the permits and inspections).
