I highly recommend JLM Builders. Jeremy is extremely knowledgeable and communicated every step of the way, making the process of replacing our bowing deck with Trex decking seamless and quick. The end result is absolutely beautiful, and everyone we spoke with was so pleasant to work with.

We highly recommend JLM Builders, without reservation, for a deck project. Jeremy did an outstanding job of designing a replacement and expansion of a 20 year old builder-deck that had rotten supports and decking due to substandard lumber. He added multiple new support piers and the replacement with Trex decking, railings lattice and lights is beautiful! The JLM crew has been with Jeremy for a number of years. JLM Builders replaced a 28 year old pressure treated deck with Trex. Also contracted for new posts with lights. Their estimate was slightly lower than the competition but it was Jeremy professional good nature that put our mind at ease. The finished product looks great. The crew was very professional and did high quality work. Would definitely hire again.
JLM Builders built a covered porch and deck for us. The crew worked quickly and the quality of work is excellent. All I can say is wow, the natural wood ceiling, black rails and white posts are just stunning. Thank you Jeremy and team for a beautiful outdoor living space I'll enjoy for years to come.
