THE FIRE ALARM HAS SOUNDED, please evacuate the building. Another early morning warning system blasting through the speakers in the Urban Edge building in Kelvin Grove Village. How many times does this nonsense happen, waking up the entire village in multiply buildings. Gotcha! Once you live here you are doomed! If you ever dare to end the lease, they will charge you for any micro-scratches, light bulbs, and literally just anything they can think of that are not working. Even if they didn’t work right after you moved in. And guess what? You even need to pay for the discoloured carpet caused by sunlight! And they do those disgusting things not because they suppose you’re an international student that knows nothing about how to use RTA!
