Almost impossible to get in touch with, the ONE time I was lucky enough to have someone on the other line they were disrespectful and very dismissive.
very unreliable, impossible to contact. busy counting their blood money from selling the Jim Pattinson Development project I guess.
I have called, left voicemail, emailed about trying to set up a viewing, replied to their lazy and non-helpful auto e-mail replies, and have heard nothing back. If this is the sort of communication before any lease is signed, I can't imagine how bad it is after. Horrible first impression = last impression for me.
