Unfortunately, my experience with this establishment was disappointing. I expected much better communication from a company with such a prominent presence in the area. During a business-related discrepancy, Amanda in the property management department could have handled the matter with a more professional and collaborative approach. Instead, the communication felt unnecessarily forceful and lacked the courtesy I would expect from a reputable company.
Had a very poor run in with a person that was representing this buisness. Was extremely rude and disrespectful for no reason and when they left, they got into a truck with this company's name and logo on the side of the truck. There is no way I would do buisness with a company with employees who represent this company in such a manner

JLL really messed things up for our company. Our management thought it would me more efficient to have a facilities company handle facilities maintenance, rather than the employees. WRONG! Nothing gets done right, takes ten times longer, and costs way more. Moreover, we have lost contracts because of JLL. I don't mean this personally because I'm sure they're nice people, but their company is absolutely worthless.
