I currently lease a space owned by US Bank in Colorado and managed by JLL. We have had multiple floods, electrical problems, severe HVAC heating and cooling failures (it’s ranged from 48 degrees in our “suite” in the winter to 82 degrees in the summer), pests, and more. Awful company. I was interested in an office at Granite Tower and JLL doesn’t even respond to emails. No wonder why there is so much available office space downtown. I feel bad for the buildings who are using the company to represent them.!

One of their drivers in Albuquerque NM (where apparently they do not even have an office) cut across solid white lines to make a turn cutting in front of me almost causing an accident and made multiple turns without a signal immediately after. Good luck getting a hold of them on any of their listed offices in Colorado Arizona or Texas. wanted to give them a chance to address the issue but their reception number is even unmanned at ANY location.
