This is the worst business to deal with as they are very unprofessional and have no clue what they are doing. They quoted me one price and after they took my deposit came back and doubled the fee. The owner, Jacob, has no clue what his employees are doing on a daily basis and costed me more money to fix what they did. I would not recommend this company or their services to my worst enemy, stay away from Jacob he is a rip off.

I called for a quote to abandon our septic tank and hook to county and Jacob came out within 3 days to give me a quote whereas the company I had been doing business with to get my tank pumped every 6 weeks ignored my request for a quote for over a year. Jacob and his team were highly professional and courteous. JLG not being familiar with Okaloosa County and their lack of communication and difficulty of obtaining permits tested every ones patience. cant follow instructions I have used this company TWICE and both times I've had to get someone else out to my house after a month to pump it again. I have a slow drain field but I have lived here for 5 years and in 5 years I've only ever had to get it done once a year unless I use this company. I have a sleeve ( I installed) that goes to the bottom of the tank and have told them both times to take it out and they are majically done in 10 minutes when it takes everyone else 30 to an hour. They came out within days to check our septic tank for us. Luckily we have another couple years before it needs pumped and they gave us some advice on how to maintain the tank. We’ll definitely call them in a few years when it needs pumped!
