One of most professional management company in North Carolina
I can’t recommend JLF more! They are professional, swift, communicative, and very easy and comforting to work with. Lauren has been wonderful and the whole team is fantastic. There are 3-5 rodents in the dwelling. This is very unfortunate because I have expressed multiple times my concerns with having livable standards in this property and my concerns have been addressed as a “tenant responsibility.” There have been multiple contractors that have come out to “check” the issue and because of my work schedule I have not always been able to ensure the job is actually done.
