There are 3-5 rodents in the dwelling. This is very unfortunate because I have expressed multiple times my concerns with having livable standards in this property and my concerns have been addressed as a “tenant responsibility.” There have been multiple contractors that have come out to “check” the issue and because of my work schedule I have not always been able to ensure the job is actually done. UPDATE: IT'S MOVING TIME!! We are preparing to transfer to another JLF MANAGEMENT COMPANY Property! Things are continuing to go well.. JLF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT is a Great company! I have not had any issues with them. Lauren Kirkpatrick is the BEST!! Lauren is very attentive and has always been willing to assist me when I have a question or need her help!!
I’m not sure who’s writing these 5 star reviews but I doubt they’re actually customers. My friend and I drove 7 hours to Salisbury to look at rental properties. Three on the list are JLF self guided tour listings. In order to enter JLF requires you to pay a fee of $4.99 and consent to a credit check. And they can’t even be bothered to show up in person. Hard no for us!
I have Shelby as my property manager and she’s awesome. She responds to email quick and very detailed in her response. Thank you.
