Josh is a decent worker, just make sure he uses the right strapping behind Hardie Board, because removing and replacing that stuff can be really expensive after the fact if the strapping is uneven, like think 3-4x the cost of the original job if you're thinking about removing each piece of Hardie Board hand by hand, careful not to mark them so they can be reused, because it's an expensive material.
