At first, I was extremely hesitant to seek counseling and speak with a therapist but, based on a word-of-mouth recommendation, I reached out to JLD Counseling and met with Anne. This turned out to be one of the best decisions I could have ever made. Anne has been great and has helped me navigate a very difficult time in my life. Despite my initial weariness, I now see the value in therapy and would recommend all who need it to seek it.
Jason was great. My son was having some issues and Jason helped him move through them quickly and successfully!
