JL Closets provided a damaged closet system, agreed to fix it and then decided they didn't want to. They dropped off these damaged closets on my floor, charged me and left without installation. This was a violation of the contract, as no installation was performed on 9-9-2022. When I brought up the damage of my newly installed floors to management, I was told the owner Kristoffer wanted to “cut ties with you” and not continue with the project. My experience so far with JL Closets "IS" and has been horrendous!!! I have no idea the quality of work JL Closets used to do in past years but I can assure you that what they delivered us 15 months ago is no way close to what we saw in their showroom!!! Oh and the job is STILL not finished because of numerous flaws during the installation and this is despite the fact that they were given 4 months to fix them.
