Look after your tenants!
Went and looked at a place today that I had been approved for. Which I had to be approved before looking at the house. Unfortunately the house didnt meet my needs. But Kirra was amazing and very approachable and understanding.Thankyou for your time today Kirra.

JLC has been horrible since I started renting through them. Very little response back unless I email over and over. I over paid rent and they didn’t respond back till I emailed constantly and rang…. 2 weeks out of the rental and no bond back, bond is only being processed cause I went through the RTA. They are quick to take money but don’t mind holding money from you. No wonder the low star rating. I got a water bill after not being with them for 2weeks and they where quick to take that money out of my over paid rent.
