Called JLC to see that one sprinkler that was “ fixed” (and paid for) next to patio, their black tubing connector popped off and then water began to pull patio apart and move dirt and sand with the gushing water… very nice technician came to look at the problem and said that he couldn’t guarantee it from happening again and that the patio might have issues if he were to just fix what was not working ( their prior work); he showed me what he would recommend and I said that’s probably going to take some time and at $80./ hour ... read more
to say that i am upset with this company is an understatement. They have now invoiced me twice for work NOT done and basically called me a liar when i explained that the work was not done. From the beginning they were over charging me for mowing a very small lawn, but when i asked them to remove the leaves becasue the grass was dying they charged me $75 for what they said was 2 hours work blowing wet grass. This company is exceptional at billing and taking money, I have no doubt they are THE place you should go if you have several thousand dollars you'd like a company to take from you. However, if you want your yard taken care of, or hire them to do any other work like I did for my irrigation system, you may want to find a company which spends more time fulfilling their quotes/contracts and less time learning with expert precision how to send bills to their customers.
