JLC installed my whole house Generac generator about 3 years ago and it has worked FLAWLESSLY. Oddly enough, this weekend there was a problem with the electrical service to my house that had nothing to do with the generator. Because there was only a partial outage, I did not understand the necessary adjustments to make to the generator.
