I had an appointment with Jeff to diagnose an unfamiliar noise I was hearing that I thought was a transmission issue. My truck has 228,000 miles and I am sensitive to any subtle noises or changes. Jeff drove my truck and determined that it was not the transmission but the power steering. He looked at reservoir and said that it was low and told me to get some power steering fluid and try that out. Took transfer case in for a bushing and a couple seals. He got the job done in a in a couple of days cleaned and painted it for me and even gave me fluid. Great place Honesty, Quality, and Integrity for sure. Definetly recommend.
Called for info because we broke down going across country and they were more than helpful and super informative, we felt like we had the support we needed to get back on the road confidently. Thank you!
5/21/2025: Transmission acted funny a few times and didn’t quite pull right when we left the shop a couple of years ago and have just avoided pulling heavy items with it but when we called Jeff about our concern, he said it couldn’t have been anything that was related to his repair and it has to be something wrong with the motor. I am so happy with this place! I went to Hellman's Chevrolet and was told that I had a non serviceable solenoid inside the transmission and my transmission needed to be replaced. I went to JLB transmissions and he used his computer and then told me to open my hood? I opened the hood and he pointed to my exhaust pipe and said "do you see the black spot on the exhaust pipe?"
