We bought a condo in December so we just now found out how bad the AC was. JLB came out and looked over our system and the first thing he found was an extremely packed air filter. Put a new one in and what a difference. So he checked everything else and went outside as well. He didn’t try to sell me a new system. This will be fine. Very happy with the professionalism and good personality. Best of all, no hard sell for anything that didn’t need fixing.
Great experience! I emailed about a quote. I heard back very quickly and was able to get my services scheduled. They showed up right on time and were very friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to pay with a credit card rather than a check, and got an itemized receipt right away via email. Super easy, 10/10 recommend.
