Had JLB come out to install an EV charger I purchased in my garage. They responded quickly to a quote request, charged a good competitive rate, and Jimmy did a great job making it look clean with a junction box tie-in. They did some work for me a few years ago for an outdoor water feature and it was also done very well. Highly recommend them!
Chris addressed my needs quickly and professionally. Explained what was wrong and how it was repaired. The price was explained up front as well. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of an administration fee that I wasn't aware of and seems to be an unnecessary charge considering I paid e transfer and not a credit card.
Talked to someone right away who was experienced. They were able to help me over the phone and fix the issue in a minute. Thanks for the help!
