Luis and his crew were everything we were looking for in a contractor. They were all extremely professional and polite. These guys work non stop all day and get so much work done it was impressive to watch. The quality of their work is on point and their ability to solve any issues that came up was reassuring that everything was being done correctly. I know the next time I need something done I will reach out to Luis and his guys.
The job was to replace old wood on deck and paint. Work was supposedly done in January. By May we realized that wood was splitting and many boards weren't secured. The owner came one time and promised to place larger screws into the wood. Plus he asked us to give his guys a few dollars to do the job. Is he kidding, we've already paid him and the work is unsatisfactory. I've reached out to him 3 times and each time he's promised to come. As of May 26th he's never arrived. I'm reporting him to the BBB. Really disappointed.
