At the recommendation of another resident of Scio Farms who told me that J. L. Warner Home Repairs was reliable and reasonable, I contacted J.L. Warner to repair or replace my water heater. Without asking what water heater I currently had, whether it was gas or electric, he quoted me $1500 for a 40-gallon model (manufacturer never specified) and $1300 for a smaller 30-gallon model.
