ZERO stars! These scooters are extremely poorly assembled. Holes for screws stripped out and screws missing. Entire frame rattles and shakes when riding because of missing screws. If you have someone you want rid of without going to prison, just buy them a scooter from this place. It’ll do the job for you.
BEWARE! If you buy from here, be sure you check all the screw holes around the scooter to ensure they have screws! Only one screw was in place to hold both front panels! Paid 125 dollars extra to have alarm installed and scooter was delivered without the alarm owners manual with instructions. Made several requests over 2-week period for it to be put in the mail, but it has not arrived. This is the second scooter we purchased from here. I stopped by there a few days ago and was amazed by a large range of selection and very good price scooters. People there were nice to me even i asked a lot of questions. The cheapest one I could get is only $550. What a wooow. : D
