John was great for repairs to our house we needed after some damage from the Feb 23rd blizzard of 2026. Came by within a day or two of our call, provided a detailed estimate per our homeowners insurance, work was done a week later. Great guy, honest pricing, quality work done in a timely fashion, no issues. Recommend.
Ehhhh work but definitely more of an Angie’s list guy. If you’re a small job go with someone else because you will go on the back burner. Had other companies come in and teach his guys how to do things. Honestly subpar work in my opinion. Uneven floors. Uneven cabinets. Plumbers and electrician saved him.
Not really a hands on contractor. More like Angie’s list. Farms out 90% of the work. Rarely around to supervise. Had to replace my shower glass door and paid for it out of my pocket after job was completed. Did not honor the warranty. After paying him in full. Cost me an additional $550.00 to replace door. Not a builder more of a jobber
