I’m glad I found JL. I was working with a different company previously and it was a nightmare. Once I was in touch with Claudia she helped me through every step of the paperwork and permits for my new floors. I had no idea what I was doing and she made it super easy and guided me step by step, always very responsive with calls and emails. When that time comes again I’ll be going right back to JL.
