Trying to get my MIL her prescribed walker. Was not aware their medical equipment wasn’t open on Saturdays. Lady in pharmacy side was horrible! Needs customer service skills training. Told me emphatically the doctor would just have to call in another prescription to a different place. No empathy! She hung up on me when I told her I now have to tell my 86 year old MIL she can’t get her walker until Tuesday. Note: the medical equip. side staff have been very nice on the phone. This used to be the best pharmacy . I travel from another county to support them but after this month , I will not be coming back. My medicine cost has mote then tripled, they call you and say you have medicine refills to pick up when you don’t. When you should have one to pick up they say it’s not here. When it was! Service has changed and it’s not for the better
Came in for a flu shot. Excellent service! I will be coming back here next year.

Home medical supply section cut all Saturday hours. No notice. M-F hours are 8am-5pm. They clearly do not want customers that have jobs. Therefore, I will be taking my business elsewhere. After all, I cannot pick up any supplies there anyway, since they have no reasonable hours.
