The employees that work here are not trust worthy the one that works the front desk Veronica Jane Serna jumped my daughter throwing punches while my helpless daughter sat there never saw it coming... Wow keep mind you my daughter is barely 100 lbs...while one of their lock Smiths video it Johnny kimes Also Johnny Kimes statutory raped my daughter.... Maybe they should do better background check on their employees but I would not trust not one person to unlock my car from here
My friend locked her keys in the car, I called Joe!! He was able to help us quickly!!! I recommend Joe if you ever need a locksmith, my friend had her small child with her, he got there fast and she was on her way. Thank you again!!
Was quoted 29.99 for the service charge and 82.00 for the key. Was charged $200 for one key to be made using a key code. They'll do the job but you'll pay and arm and two legs. Try local shops before these guys! about 5 minutes of work, 4 of those minutes were waiting for one measly key.... Nice guy but even he complained about the company... Saying he had to purchase all of his on tools etc...
I had the pleasure of having Joe assist me on unlocking my car and then making me a key when I realized they were not where i thought they were. They price beat out everyone else I called, which saved me with the wife so I am extremely thankful for that. Was there within 20 minutes and had me on my way in under 45 minutes. Thanks again Joe!

The deadbolt that I use on my front door blew out tonight! J and L Pacific - Springfield was here in 15 minutes and got me in to my warm house and concerned kitty! Didn't cost an arm & a leg, either...
