Reasonable, Responsive, and understanding. We just bought a Truck from Alex, and can say our experience was as expected. Recommended! UPDATE: There was some problems with the DMV with changing the name. Alex was very professional and willing to help by sending the documents we needed. We live 4 hours away, so him taking the time out of his day to mail us the things we needed, truly was helpful!
