Okay im going to try to be fair here because im sure they are nice people. But my experience was terrible. It is what it is. The ignition switch went bad on my Honda, I KNEW this was the case. Of course, they charge $110 just to come out and diagnose the issue, travel etc. I was fine paying it because I expected as much and desperately need my only means of transportation to be up and running absolutely asap (work, kids need to go to school etc).
