The massage itself was okay, but my experience at checkout was very uncomfortable. After the session, I was asked how much I wanted to tip, and when I said the amount the employee laughed in my face and called over another worker to pressure me into giving more. The second worker told me “No, $20,” and continued trying to convince me to leave a larger tip. Regardless of tip amount, customers should never be mocked or pressured into tipping. Just finished my first massage in J&L massage! It was great! Pressure was just right and I could tell the massage therapist really knew her techniques. I have a lot of muscle knots in my shoulders and she knew just how to work that area well. Personalized service, clean, reasonably priced. Will definitely be coming back for more!

Disappointing and Unprofessional - Not a Real Massage I visited J&L Massage today around 4:45 PM, and what started with a decent first impression quickly turned into one of the most unprofessional and disappointing massage experiences I've ever had. 不好 They tricked me. I walked in planing to do a 1 hour massage and the lady told me they could only do 40 minutes for which she charged me $73 . She said I must paid her the tip before the massage was even done and that the minimum tip accepted was $ 23. After I made the payment, she started fighting in Chinese with another lady about who was going to do my massage. They didn't know that I understand Chinese. I had 90min massage ( body + foot ), which was 70 dollar. The guy did a decent job doing massage gently and made me feel comfortable. The body massage was great, and the foot one was okay. Not bad. My issue was after massage. I actually did a research on how much to tip for massage before I went to this place, and most of them recommended about 20%.
