I contacted them for an estimate around July 3,2025 for a paver patio and walkway. Waited for a response and nothing. So we contacted other paver companies and they responded fast and came to give us estimates and we gave the job to them. Then on July 28 we get a call from JL company asking about giving us an estimate WOW! They lost our business by contacting us back so late. If there late answering back I can only imagine how bad they are completing a job. Very poor business practice.

I called them asking for a quote and owner turned out to be the most arrogant man with a nasty attitude. Initially he asked me if I'm just getting quotes or if I have the funds ready. Then he went on to ask absurd questions on how many quotes I have and If I'm just looking for a cheap option. Any customer will speak to multiple vendors before they make a choice. We had a wonderful experience. The final result was awesome. We can enjoy our yard. Front and back. The team was skilled, competent, respectful of all the neighbors. So, so happy. We just had another project completed. Turned out lovely.

This was one of the worst experiences we've had with a landscaper. We hired them to cut the grass and instead, they weed whacked the entire lawn—leaving it uneven, sloppy, and full of clippings. When we asked why they didn’t mow it properly, we were told it takes longer with a smaller machine. That’s not a valid excuse—if you’re a landscaper, come prepared to do the job right.
